Terms and Conditions – Park98 Betting & Casino

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with park98 or using any part of the platform – including the website, mobile app, sports betting section, casino, deposit and withdrawal services – you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. These terms apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions stated within individual promotions, competitions or product sections on the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use park98 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must not already hold an existing park98 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering your account.
• You confirm that the payment methods you use are registered in your own name and that you are the authorised user of those accounts.

3. Your Account

Your park98 account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you personally carried it out. You must keep your login credentials secure and must not share them with anyone else.

• You must notify park98 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Park98 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have not taken reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• Identity verification (CNIC-based) is required before processing your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process. Failing to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal holds until the process is complete.
• Park98 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time as part of ongoing account security and anti-fraud procedures.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity review. Park98 will attempt to notify you before any action is taken on an inactive account.

Account closure requests can be submitted through the platform's support channel. Outstanding verified winnings will be paid out to your registered payment method following the standard withdrawal process. Balances associated with unverified accounts or active bonus funds may be subject to review before payout.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on park98 are conducted in PKR. The platform does not charge a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers (banks, mobile wallet operators) may apply their own charges separately.

You may only deposit and withdraw using payment accounts registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment account – regardless of their relationship to you – is a violation of these terms and may result in withdrawal holds and account review.

Deposit limits set by individual payment channel operators (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa) apply independently of any limits set on the park98 platform. For deposit amounts above wallet limits, bank transfer or Raast are available alternatives. Withdrawal processing times vary by channel: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process the same day, while bank transfers may take one working day. Weekend and public holiday requests may experience delays.

5. Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed and confirmed on the park98 platform, it is binding and cannot be amended or cancelled by the user unless a cash-out option has been taken up. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the applicable sporting authority.

• Pre-match bets accepted after an event has started may be voided at park98's discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds availability. Market suspensions during live events are at the platform's discretion and accepted bets at the time of suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated.
• Obvious pricing errors – where odds are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault – will not be honoured. Bets placed on erroneous odds may be voided and the stake returned.
• Cricket and PSL markets are settled based on official scorecards and results as confirmed by the relevant board or tournament organiser (PCB, PSL management). In cases of abandonment or no result, applicable rules for each market type will apply.
• Multiple bets (accumulators) are void if any component event is voided, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

6. Casino & Games

Casino and live table games on the park98 platform are provided for entertainment. All RNG (random number generator) based games use certified random systems. Live dealer games are streamed from verified studios with trained dealers.

• Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the system. Technical disconnections during an active round will be resolved according to the game provider's recorded server state, not the player's device state.
• Teen patti, dragon tiger, baccarat, blackjack, roulette and live game shows are operated according to standard rules displayed within each game. Read the game rules before playing if you are unfamiliar with a specific variant.
• Demo or free-play modes are available on selected casino games. Winnings accumulated in demo mode cannot be withdrawn and have no monetary value.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and may only be converted to withdrawable cash after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Incomplete bonuses expire automatically at the end of the qualifying period.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless a promotion explicitly allows stacking.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the park98 platform. Violations may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account – each person is entitled to one account only
• Providing false identity information, age or contact details during registration or verification
• Using payment accounts not registered in your own name
• Using VPN, proxy or IP masking tools to bypass geographic or account restrictions
• Using automated betting software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to access your account
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or system bugs for financial gain
• Any form of collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes or bonus conditions
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting or any activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds of unknown or illegal origin

9. Responsible Gaming

Park98 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a set of self-management tools that are available in your account settings and can be applied at any time without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can add to your balance. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a waiting period.
• Session Time Reminders – Receive notifications after extended play sessions as a prompt to take a break.
• Cool-Off Period – Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). You cannot access the platform or deposit during this time. The cool-off ends automatically at the specified time.
• Self-Exclusion – For longer breaks, self-exclusion blocks your account for an extended period. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be reopened until the exclusion term expires, regardless of your request.
